Professional Affiliations

Besides working with my clients, which is the backbone of my practice, I also serve in other professional roles.

Teaching:

I teach group process at various Bay Area universities to psychologists and MFT students. I also lead process groups for psychiatry residents.

Volunteer work:

In a volunteer role I served as President of NCGPS (Northern California Group Psychotherapy Society) 2019-2021. My care for the community and my interest in helping to spread good quality training in group therapy brought me to this position. I find it of utmost importance to continue my self-reflective inquiry as a therapist, a human being and part of the collective. For me this includes not only personal therapy and consultation but also participating in training groups and continuous honing my interpersonal skills. Experiential group training amply provides continued self reflection and awareness. Being active in the community helps me to maintain my personal and professional connections with colleagues, which I greatly value.

Training

Currently I am in analytic training at the C.G Jung Institute of San Francisco. This means that I am engaging in intensive studies of depth psychotherapy and analysis, towards becoming a Jungian analyst.
